Wonderful location among the Lugana vineyards

Relax with the whole family in this accommodation surrounded by greenery, 4 km from the lake, on the ground floor with a terrace and panoramic view of the vineyards with the lake as a backdrop, kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom, 30 m long and 16 m wide swimming pool for older children and an infinity-connected pool for younger children. The pool is open from morning until 10 p.m. with a lifeguard always present so the little ones can play under supervision.

The private car park, inside the residence, is only 15 metres from the private patio overlooking the vineyards, and the equally convenient swimming pool is 50 metres away. The bright entrance hall with sofa bed (2 places), kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom.

The house is fully equipped with Smart TV, Wifi, air conditioning, gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and hoover, wood barbecue. The mosaic tiled bathroom is complete with hairdryer with anti-fog LED mirror and relaxing shower column.
The flat is very cosy and has just been refurbished with fine finishes. A high chair and portable bed are available on request for the little ones.
Strategic position outside the hustle and bustle of the centre, located on some of the main Garda cycle paths.
Small four-legged friends are welcome.

Appartamento bellissimo, nuovo, spazioso, pulitissimo, con una cucina molto grande e fornita di tutto, e un grande giardino esclusivo ben curato perfetto per rilassarsi nelle giornate di sole e per il nostro cagnolino. La casa si trova in una zona silenziosa di Peschiera, vicina al centro del paese ed al lago raggiungibili con una piacevole passeggiata, ed inoltre in posizione perfetta per visitare con l’auto altre mete al Lago di Garda. Proprietario molto cordiale, abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno e consigliamo a tutti la casa di Federico.

Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et confortable.
Les enfants ont apprécié le jardin et la piscine commune.
On peut se rendre à pied au lac, ainsi qu’à des magasins et restaurants.

We enjoyed perfect 10 days in Federico’s apartment. Everything was in perfect conditions and like described. The private garden is spacious and quite and the pool area is just around the corner, our kids spend many time outside and they feel like home. The apartment is well equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The location is very quiet but close to many hotspots. By bike 5 min. from the lake and some shops, 10 min. from center of Peschiera and the Port with many Restaurants. But also Sirmione old town and Lazise can be reached by bike in about 30min or 10 min. by car. Verona is a must and only about 40min. drive away and even Venice very comfortable to reach by train in 1,5 hours from Peschiera train station. We definitely will come again to see more of this wonderful region and enjoy again Federico’s apartment.
